You may only register one (1) Account per person. Duplicate Accounts, multiple Accounts controlled by the same individual, or Accounts registered using false or fraudulent information will be closed, and all associated funds and bonuses will be forfeited.
Upon registration, you will be required to undergo a KYC verification process. In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, ink78 will apply standard industry settlement rules (typically, all bets are void unless the match is rescheduled within 48 hours).
Live in-play betting odds are updated in real time but may be subject to brief delays. ink78 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time and to reject or limit any Wager at its sole discretion.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are calculated as bonus amount multiplied by the rollover figure (e.g., a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 5x rollover requires Rp 5,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawal).
New Players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for ink78's Welcome Bonus (typically a 100% match bonus up to a specified maximum). The Welcome Bonus is subject to a wagering requirement (usually 5x rollover on sports and casino combined) and must be claimed within a specified timeframe. In the event of Account suspension or termination, ink78 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance, pending full investigation. If fraud or Terms violations are confirmed, all funds may be forfeited.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and verification requirements. Bonus funds and pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ink78 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation with ink78 customer support.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body recognized in our licensing jurisdiction. Class action lawsuits and participation in class-wide arbitration are expressly waived.
ink78 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
